衛生管理者とはどういう資格か◇法律で選任が義務づけられている　労働安全衛生法第12条により、業種を問わず、常時使用労働者数50人以上の事業者は、政令で定める規模の事業場の区分に応じて都道府県労働基準局長の当該免許を受けた者の中から衛生管理者を選任しなければならないとされています。　そのオフィスで勤める者が50人以上であれば、必ずひとり以上は国家資格である衛生管理者試験に合格した者がいなければならないのです。　◇衛生管理者の仕事　衛生に関する技術的事項を管理することとされています。具体的には　①労働者の危険または健康障害を防止する措置。　②労働者の安全衛生のための教育の実施。　③健康診断の実施とその他健康の保持増進のための措置。　④労働災害の原因調査と再発防止策。　⑤労働者の救護に関して必要な措置（火災等の場合に備えて）。　⑥労働者の負傷・疾病それによる死亡・欠勤・異動に係る統計の作成。　などがあります。また「毎週1回以上は事業所を巡視する」ことも仕事です。国家試験に受かっていなければならないので有資格者は貴重であり、企業の管理部門（管理部、総務部、人事部など）では重宝されます。衛生管理者資格には「第一種」と「第二種」があり、全業種で有効なのは「第一種」の資格です。「第二種」は次の業種を除く業種であれば有効です。農林畜産水産業、鉱業、建設業、製造加工業、電気業、ガス業、水道業、熱供給業、運送業、自動車整備業、機械修理業、医療業、清掃業。・・・「労働災害の可能性が高い業種」は第一種が必要。このアプリは第二種の試験対策のをクイズ形式で作成しました。試験の合格には参考書や通信教育講座をやりきるよりも、過去問題集に何度も取り組むほうが効果的であると思います。このアプリはそのお手伝いをできると思いますので、ぜひご活用ください。
